Who This Is For

Real Training.
Real Life.

I work with a short list of clients — always 1-on-1, always intentional. Three types of people tend to get the most out of this.

01

The Man Rebuilding

You're coming out the other side of something hard — divorce, a rough stretch, years of putting yourself last. You know the gym is part of the answer. You just need someone in your corner who gets it.

02

The Senior Who Won't Quit

Balance, strength, independence. You want to keep doing the things you love without help. Or maybe your doctor told you to start moving. Either way — I come to you, we go at your pace, and we make progress.

03

The Post-PT Gap

Physical therapy ended, but you're not back to 100%. Surgeons and PTs don't always bridge you back to real function. That's the gap I'm built for — progressive strength work that respects your history.

What “Concierge” Means Here

Training, Handled.

No contracts, no crowds, no generic routines. I keep a small client list on purpose so every session gets my full attention.

1

I Come to You

In-home sessions across San Antonio's northern communities — Stone Oak, Alamo Heights, Converse, Universal City, and beyond. Or train at my private garage gym in Converse.

2

Built Around Your Life

Schedule, pace, limitations, goals — all of it shapes the program. This isn't a template. It's built for you specifically.

3

A Real Plan

Every session is part of a written program. You'll know why we're doing what we're doing and where it's taking you.

4

Direct Access

Text me between sessions. Got a question about form, soreness, or nutrition? You're not opening a ticket — you're texting your coach.

5

Physician-Coordinated

Working alongside a medical team? I communicate, I coordinate, and I require signed clearance before training any client with medical considerations.

6

Confidential

Your training, your goals, your story — none of it leaves the session. What you're rebuilding from is none of anyone else's business.

Macon Stott
The Coach

Macon Stott

I'm a divorced dad who hit rock bottom and rebuilt — through the gym, through discipline, through figuring out who I actually am outside of who I used to be. That experience is the reason this business exists.

I hold a B.S. in Kinesiology and served as a Master Trainer at Cal State Bakersfield before my time in the U.S. Air Force. I've trained clients from 18 to 80+. I don't run the same program twice — every client gets a plan built around their body, their goals, and their reality.

I keep a small roster on purpose. When you're a client, you actually have a coach.

Referral Partners

Send Someone
Who Needs This.

I work closely with professionals who see the same clients I do — just from a different angle. If someone on your radar could use a coach, I'm a call away.

Call to Discuss
  • Divorce Attorneys

Your clients are often men at a turning point. A coach who's lived it is a resource worth passing along.

  • Men's Therapists & Counselors

Physical strength and mental health move together. I'm a complement, not a competitor — and I refer out when a client needs more.

  • TRT & Men's Health Clinics

Clients optimizing their hormones need resistance training to get the most out of treatment. I bridge that gap.

  • Physicians & Physical Therapists

Post-surgical or post-PT clients who need continued progressive loading — safely and with proper coordination. Signed clearance required.

For medical referrals: A signed physician clearance form is required before I begin working with any client referred for medical reasons. I will not schedule a first paid session without it. I'm happy to coordinate directly with your office — call (210) 802-9442 or email freedomdads250@gmail.com.
