I come to you. Built for older adults, post-rehab clients, and busy professionals who need privacy and consistency.

I'm not the right coach for everybody. The people who get the most out of training with me are the ones who are tired of half-measures and want a real plan, real accountability, and a real human in their corner.

Strong fits: dads in their 30s–50s rebuilding strength, professional adults who need a private setting, older clients working on mobility and longevity, and self-motivated lifters who want programming that actually fits their life.

Minimum age: 18. I currently don't take on clients under 18 due to insurance and liability requirements.
